LogFire provides a wide range of technical services designed to help you reduce implementation time, ensure system stability upon go-live, boost warehouse efficiency and increase resource utilization.



Includes functional design, testing, support ; also, installation of Oracle/SQL Server or other databases; load balancing; and failover products such as F5, Cisco LocalDirector and others.
We provide experts that implement WMS software from conception and design to post go-live support, from the functional services to the technical  services.



Involves analysis of software requirements and data availability to ensure efficient response times. Also entails configuring software based on the number of users accessing the systems concurrently; monitoring memory and CPU consumption to analyze hardware requirements; and planning for future growth.



Our monitoring services involve monitoring of CPU and memory utilization of WMS processes. We provide mapping of overall CPU/memory consumption over time and based on the number of users. This information can be used for validation of current hardware procurement needs and for planning future purchases based on expected high-season volumes and future growth.



Maintenance services involve file-system maintenance to ensure disk-space availability at all times. It also includes backup of essential file systems for future reference. Purging services include purging and archiving of database information to ensure availability of information for report generation.
